“Taron” Youth Development Non-Governmental Organization's mission is community development, women and youth empowerment, and job creation through social entrepreneurship.
Within the framework of the "Immediate Emergency Response" (Emergency) component of the STRIVE project “Taron” Youth Development NGO facilitated the shift from conventional farming to more intensive agriculture by promoting cost-effective, high-quality fodder production. It not only created employment opportunities but also boosted profitability in cattle breeding.
The project covered 34 out of 38 households in Nerkin Khndzoresk which are involved in cattle breeding and do not have pasture access.
