"Spitak Helsinki Group" human rights NGO was founded in 2010 and operates in the Spitak consolidated community of Lori Marz, RA. The goal of the organization is to increase the legal awareness of women, children, and other vulnerable groups among the population of the Spitak community.

Within the "Innovation of Organizational Models" (OMI) component of the STRIVE project, the "Spitak Helsinki Group" aims to strengthen the above mentioned social enterprise in order to:

• Continue providing free services to women and children by the NGO,
• Support local women to earn money working in the SE,
• Ensure sustainable funds for the NGO. 

The initiative fully fits the requirement and criteria adopted by the OMI component, as it contributes to:

• Green economy by aiming at increasing green areas, producing eco oils without any additional vitamins and ingredients. 
• Inclusion by employing people with disabilities.
• Youth development by targeting also youth and positive youth development. 
• Gender equality by empowering women and supporting them in realization of their rights since 2017.
