"Agate" Rights Defense Center For Women With Disabilities NGO was established in 2007 in Gyumri, Shirak Marz, RA. The organization's mission is to contribute to realizing the civil, socio-economic, educational, health, and cultural rights of girls and women with disabilities in Armenia through advocacy, information dissemination, awareness raising, and cooperation.

Within the framework of the "Organizational Model Innovation" (OMI) component of the STRIVE project, "Agate" NGO aims to

• Create a high protection web page accessible to people with different types of disabilities,
• Develop a strategic plan for 2024,
• Review and improve branding, and print new branding items,
• Develop digital security procedure, adopting system for digital data protection,
• Develop a self-care procedure,
• Develop a sexual harassment prevention procedure at workplace,
• Update financial management and procurement procedures,
• Obtain licensed operational systems for laptops,
• Develop a virtual system for digital data protection,
• Obtain supporting equipment from abroad to be used by the visitors of the NGO.
