"Work and Motherland" territorial development NGO was founded in 2001 in the Vayk consolidated community of Vayots Dzor Marz, RA. The main goal of the organization is to contribute to the development of communities in Armenia, especially in the regions. The organization works in the field of human capacity development, sustainable livelihoods, development of eco-agritourism in rural areas, empowerment of women and youth.

Within the "Organizational Model Innovation" (OMI) component of the STRIVE project, "Work and Motherland" aims to

• Create a web page for the organization,
• Improve capacities of training provision by purchasing equipment,
• Initiate a new social enterprise specialized on printing, which will also provide printing services to the NGO and cut the corresponding expenses. 
• Organize awareness raising events.
