Within the framework of the crisis response program component, sub-grants were provided to 10 CSOs in 2023. The sub-grants were aimed at addressing the urgent needs of those displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh in 2023, as well as mitigating the impact of humanitarian, social, and economic aftershocks.
