Within the “Organizational Model Innovations” component, Armenian CSOs had the opportunity to review and improve their operational and financial models. Within the framework of this component, organizations were able to develop their accountability, transparency, communication, cross-sectoral partnerships, and the scope and quality of services provided to beneficiaries. Sub-grantee organizations developed their procedures, policies, and strategies. All this was implemented through successive activities: mapping the needs and opportunities of organizations, implementing training courses, organizing mentoring circles, and providing sub-grants. The mapping served as a basis for clarifying the topics of training courses aimed at developing the organizations’ capacities and for working more purposefully with the CSOs.
This component provided an opportunity to engage with approximately 580 CSO representatives from Armenia, of whom 43 were awarded sub-grants.
