"MITK" educational and youth initiative non-governmental organization was founded in 2018 and operates in Armavir and Vagharshapat communities of Armavir province, RA. The goals of the organization are to promote the economic activity of young people and form a high civic consciousness, to contribute to the effective management and development of communities by promoting local democracy, to support the empowerment of young people, youth initiatives, and youth CSOs through capacity building and sustainable partnership, to promote the spread of democratic values and mechanisms in Armenia.

Within the "Organizational Model Innovation" (OMI) component of the STRIVE project, "MITK" NGO aims to increase the employability of women and young people in Armavir province by supporting them to receive new professional education and career growth.

To achieve this goal, the following summary actions are planned:

• Establish a social enterprise educational center working through the model of subsidizing (free courses for every 4th or 5th student). 
• Provide paid vocational training in IT, design, 3D modeling (as there are no such services in the region). 
• Become an educational and career development center for vulnerable women and youth to increase their employability opportunities. 
• Improve income sustainability of the NGO through SE.
